I have been very happy with the services provided by Miller Tax Service.  Dottye is the first person who has actually sat down with me to ask questions about my job and what I do since I've been in the USA.  Because of this personal attention to details, I've gotten a much larger tax refund (Federal and State) than ever before!

I chose Miller Tax Services to prepare my taxes because Ms. Miller communicates with me in a way I can understand.  This enables her to know how I handle my business, and allows me to know what I need to know about keeping better records and why I need to follow a certain procedure in so doing.  I have the utmost trust in Ms. Miller.  When I go to her office, I feel very much at ease and comfortable because I know she will do my Income Tax Return correctly.  I don't have to worry about my taxes anymore since I've put this task in her capable hands.

I have been going through some really hard times in the last few years.  I had several heart attacks; my wife died of breast cancer;  I have had to take my father into my home because he suffers from Alzheimer's disease.  During my wife's illness, she was not able to file taxes like I thought she was doing, and I got to be three years behind;  my father's taxes were not being taken care of as well.  Ms. Miller took control of the situation and got me back where I was supposed to be;  she was also able to get my father's LARGE tax bill abated!  I trust her with ALL my tax business -  for myself as well as my father.

I am very happy with the service that I receive from Miller Tax Services.  Ms. Dottye always asks me questions that I would never have thought of in order to get me the best refund to which I am entitled.  She is very kind and courteous, and when you go to her office, she makes you feel very comfortable and very much at home.  We have used her services for two years and are very happy with the way she handles our taxes.

I started using Miller Tax Services a couple of years ago, and there have been some mixups with the IRS on my children's Social Security numbers, and when I asked what I needed to do about it, she got on the telephone with the IRS right then and found out what I needed to do; she let me know.  When she goes that extra mile for her clients, she does not charge an extra fee for it!  She truly takes care of her clients with the one-time charge for preparation of your taxes.

We are from Tennessee, and we FAX all of our information to Ms. Miller to do our taxes.  She has always been available to do what needs to be done and gives advice when needed.  We have two children, and she is the only one who has ever tried to help us with the deductions that we sincerely deserve where our children are concerned.  We will certainly use her services from now on.

I have been using Miler Tax Services ever since Ms. Miller has been in business.  She has always been very ethical in all my tax business and when or if there was something that I needed to know, she was always there for me.  If she did not know the answer to my question, she would say, "I'll do some research and get back to you."  And she always got back to me, and her answer was always correct according to the IRS. Even when I needed investment advice, she was there for me.
